Tim Farley on the road: BSLP Arizona

Cool School-1 Were on the road in Arizona with the Black Stalllion literacy Project . There were almost 4000 kids at the 2nd touch in Tucson last week, it was great but a bit hectic! Now we’re at the BIG horse show in Scottsdale, fantastic to see sooo many beatiful horses all in one place!
I have to see if I can get a bit help for Little Black and Big Red so we can take the program to more schools. Here’s a picture from Tucson … I’ll post more and start the contest when I get back next week … So sorry about the V”day delay but … think we got some great PRIZES from Ariat!

Don’t be too tough on me!

Black Stallion Contest Ends! These are the winners!

(Answer) I can not find a name but judging by the description in The Young Black Stallion book, I am gong to guess Jizan because that is a real Arabian port on the Red Sea closest to the Ar Rub Al Khali, which they were traveling back toward when Cat had to suddenly change his plans because the truck would not run after the locust storm....  Mr. Volence, the owner of Sun Raider said that Sun Raider would beat both Cyclone and Neville's Folly, thus killing two birds with one stone, when he agreed that The Black could run in the match race.
